1. Platform Overview
iKito provides e-commerce infrastructure that enables sellers to create online stores, manage inventory, process sales, and accept payments. iKito is a technology provider and is not a party to any transaction between sellers and their customers.
2. Eligibility
By using iKito, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You own or are authorized to operate the business listed
- Your business complies with applicable laws of Bangladesh
3. Seller Responsibilities
- Ensure all products are authentic and lawful
- Provide accurate descriptions, prices, and images
- Fulfill orders within promised timelines
- Handle returns, refunds, and customer complaints
- Remit all applicable taxes
4. Fees & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring billing.
- Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
- Late payment may result in service suspension
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use iKito to sell counterfeit goods, illegal items, or engage in conduct that violates laws or harms other users.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading, you grant us a license to host and display it solely for operating the platform. iKito's code, design, and brand are our exclusive property.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is capped at fees paid in the 6 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, INCIDENTAL, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may cancel anytime. Your store deactivates at the end of the billing period. You have 30 days to export data before permanent deletion.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
